I get it...

I've been there. In my 40s, I started experiencing brain fog, low mood, sleep problems, and weight gain. It was a wake-up call, and I began to explore how food and lifestyle choices could impact my well-being. This personal journey inspired me to become a qualified  nutritional therapist and now I am delighted to share this knowledge, watching similar transformations in my clients’ health.

I have access to additional lab testing that we can use to gain an in-depth understanding of your unique biology. Unlike standard GP tests, these private tests delve deeper, examining a broader spectrum of markers.

I can arrange for DNA analytics tests which give insight into the genes affecting metabolism, nutrition needs, and exercise effects and can be particularly useful for weight management and improving sports performance
